📋 Terms of services:

  • If you ordrer a commission from me, it means that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

  • By commissioning me, you accept that your commission can be used as an example for my pricelist, be posted on my social media pages or used in my portfolio.

  • Payment must be sent within 48h following the request for payment. I usually ask for it before starting the commission or after the sketch is finished. If you encounter a problem with the payment, please notify me within the 48h period and we'll sort it out.

  • Payments through PayPal only.

  • Deadlines of less than two weeks are forbidden.

  • No refunds once the commission is done.

  • I reserve myself the right to cancel a commission for any personal reason. I will then refund you according to the amount of work that has been done and send you the wip in its current state.

  • I reserve myself the right to ask for a part of the payment if you cancel the commission once I've already started. I will provide you with the wip in return.

  • I reserve myself the right to add or ask for fees if the commission ends up being more complicated than expected.

  • If you don't reply to my DMs for a long time, I will pause your commission and get back to it once you've replied.

  • Please be polite while requesting your commission, I may be a little slow to work on commissions so if you're in a rush, consider commissioning someone else.

  • Please do not spam me asking for updates on your commission. My to do list is linked in the prices section and is updated weekly. I will update you at every step of the process.

  • You must credit me (Solys Stalowhite) when sharing my artwork. Don't remove my signature. Don't repost my art on your own account without asking me for permission first.

  • Don't ever use my artwork for commercial purposes or turn it into NFTs.

  • You are not allowed to claim my artwork as yours in any situation.

  • You are allowed to use my drawings as references for poses, but don't trace or use my art and characters as your own. You are not allowed to repost my artwork unless you paid for it and credit me as the artist.

  • My art is NOT intended to be fed to AI databases. If you use my art for a prompt, put it in a database or modify it with AI, I will take legal actions against you.

  • If you ever see my art being used in a way that seems suspicious or wrong to you, please inform me immediately.

I will do:

  • Humanoids

  • Fandoms/fictional characters

  • Ships and romance

  • Gore, bloody and violent scenes

  • Artistic nudity

  • Portraits (but I won't draw your son's dog for 300$)

  • Concept art

  • Storyboards

  • Livestream puppets

I won't do:

  • Logos/ commercial designs/ website layouts

  • Any fetish

  • Political / Hateful content

  • NSFW (explicit sex and genitals)

  • Full mechas (mecha body parts are ok)

  • Ship art between a real person and a character

  • Landscape art
